Oath Letter Tracker for October '09 interviews

Had my Interview on 10/26. Passed the test but decision couldn't be made. The IO requested two supporting documents: proof of traffic ticket payment and bank statement of a joint account with my wife. I delivered both documents to my local USCIS office in person. My 5-year GC anniversary falls on 11/09. Awaiting oath letter.
 
Alex! My wife's interview is at 9.30a.m and there is no change on line status yet. I have not received my oath letter yet! Could be because I had my interview later than my wife's?

Hi Rajan, Thanks for the information on your wife. This means they do hold morning Oath ceremonies. We had the interviews one day apart so am hoping we will get a letter from uscis this week. The wait continues... Thanks for all your help...

I got my oath letter yesterday for Nov 19. Not yet received for my wife (who had interview on same day, same time), hoping it will arrive in the next day or 2.

USCIS surprise! today after noon I got a call from Baltimore DO asking me to pick up my oath letter and take an oath on Nov 10th when we go for my wife's oath on Tuesday(Nov10). This was being done because during my interview the officer felt that we had to make a separate trip for oath(if it is done on different days like our interview) so they combined our oath on same day.

Any one waiting for Oath Ceremony letter who did their interview around Oct 22nd in San Jose?

Myself and my wife attended the interview on Oct 22nd. I got the Oath ceremony letter on Nov 4th for Nov 19th in Campbell, but my wife haven't received the letter yet. Just wanted to check if anyone else is in the same situation.
 
October Interview In Detroit

I had my interview in Detroit and there seem to be no action in that DO. Anybody know the scheduling for Oaths in Detroit? Any so far in November?
 
Those who have received oath letters, does your online case status reflect it?
I had my oath about 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from USCIS nor has my online case status been updated.

After parking the car in the next door public parking we arrived to Baltimore War Memorial Building(around 9.25 a.m) as I mentioned in the previous post I did not have a Oath letter. So I was bit unsure about my Oath thus I went to the desk, before I said anything, the lady called me by name and showed me my naturilization certificate gave me the oath letter asked me to fill it up and sign. After some time USCIS officers asked the candidates to stand in line based on the color of the Oath letter mine is white and my wife's is green(came in mail). In the line it self officers questioned us and in the desk we submitted our green cards also officers verified our name, country of origin, DOB printed in the certificate.
Once it was done ceremony started. Since 11/11 is a Veterans day there was military ceremony and welcoming remarks, key note address and congraulatory speech by USCIS officers and military officers. Then they called us by our name to hand over our certificates and we had congratulatory hand shake by military and civilian officers. Everything was over by 12 p.m. There were TV crews interviewing newly naturalized citizens.
It was well organized and new citizens are proud and happy. And I should say USCIS officers are very polite and treated us very well.

Just went home and found the mailman had delivered my oath letter. I am very excited, can't wait for the Oath Ceremony.
 
No Oath letter yet! Interview completed on 10/27

My husband and I completed our interviews on 10/27 and were recommended for approval and no oath letter yet! It has been 4 weeks.

Anybody else in this spot?

Oath Letter - How to find the court schedule for Oath cermoney in Allentown PA,

Hi,
I attended interview at Philadelphia on November 23rd 2009 and passed interview. IO told that becuase of name change Oath cermoney will be only on Allentown, PA.
If anybody knows, how to find court schedule for oath cermoney in Allentown, PA.

please don't get scared, i wish this won't happen to you.
i had mine on 10/28, got recommended for approval and was waiting for oath letter.
on 11/19 i called customer service to check on the status and have been told that:"sorry, no oath letter for you...
...denial notice had been mailed to you on 10/28. did not you receive it?!"

so, be patient, but give them a call and try to talk to 2nd level IO. hope you'll get a better news for yourself.

Recd OL for self, but not for husband. OD is on 12/18.

I tried calling 800-375-5283 to speak to 2nd level IO, but it keeps me in the loop of automated recording. What is the best way to speak to an officer?

Any help is appreciated.

Should my husband just show up with me for the oath?
