Oath Letter Received After the Oath Ceremony

USCIS mailed letter on 09/25/09 from Missouri
Received letter on 09/28/09 At 4.00 PM in Mail with Oath timing of 8.30 AM.
Could not attend due to this reason.

What are my options?

Anybody had same experinece?

Should I go to Local office?

You'll have to reschedule the oath by sending the oath letter back with an explanation of what happened. You can't reschedule an oath by calling USCIS.
