Interview on November 13. Recommended for approval by officer. Not received a letter to appear for oath.
Called general 800 number and she just read general information to wait for 120 days before requesting further information.
Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks,

According to the OP profile location, it looks like they are in St. Louis.

redink, I am surprised that you haven't received your oath scheduling letter yet. According to the US District Court for The Eastern District of Missouri they appear to have had two to three ceremonies each month during 2012. If you want more information on when the next ceremony is going to be you can contact the number on this page: http://www.moed.uscourts.gov/Naturlaization Information. However, be advised even if the court tells you when the next ceremony is going to be it is up to USCIS to schedule you.

DO - ST Louis
Is there a phone number I should call to check if mail has been lost?

Should I take infopass and go into the office?
Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

I had my interview three weeks back. I called USCIS and got the same answer that it would take up to 120 days. I was asked to take info pass for more information. I am planning to take info pass, if i don't get any oath letter in the next couple of weeks.

no letter received, too

Hi redink,

We're on the same boat and wondering why until now have not receive any letter from USCIS regarding the oath taking ceremony. Had the interview Jan. 3, 2013, was placed at oath taking scheduling que Jan. 21, 2013 but receive nothing until now.

Have you received yours since you last posted this message? Please advice. Thanks much.

Did you take info pass by now? What happen? Is there any development?

I got the same answer as what you've got. Please advise. Thanks.

They told me that they would send me the oath letter for the next Judicial oath ceremony. They did not have the date for it. It might be April or May.

uc2012, Have you yet to receive your Oath letter? I was told 45 days from status change after approval. Maybe you should call them again.
