Oath Letter in Brooklyn NY

Dear All,

I got interviewed on March 3rd, 2005 in Garden City, NY. The officer told me that I passed the test and should just wait for my oath letter which should come in 7-14days. It has been 3 weeks already and I have not gotten any letter from them. Few questions:

1. Does any one have been interviewed in Garden City and waited for the oath letter? How long did it take?
2. How much notice time they give you when you receive a letter?
3. Should I set up an appointment with INS to see what is going on with my case? If yes, should I go to Garden City or to Federal Plaza?

I have received by Oath Letter today for April 8th (in Brooklyn Court)!
It is on my brithday!
