I got the following impression for LA DO based on my experience:
1. The IO takes several interviews, accumulates and then approves them (or takes other action) later, in bulk. Depending how many cases the IO accumulates, and for how long he/she accumulates, your Oath que scheduling will vary from IO to IO.
2. At the time when your case is being approved, if there is a room available in scheduled Oath ceremony, you will get the seat and a letter will be mailed to you. But if all seats are taken then your case will be in Oath scheduling que. So when there's a spot becomes available, you will be scheduled.
Hence, my opinion is, at this stage, the timing will vary greatly. You cannot compare with anyone being interviewed on the same day as you are. So, please stay put.
