Finally, I have done my oath yesterday in Boston. But I have couple of questions:

1. The certificate has a blank line with lines "complte and true signature" of the holder. Does that mean I need to sign on it with my first name and last name on it. The officer who handed me the certificate didn't say any thing.

2. Also, if the last name is changed married name, Is the person supposed get name change certificate? My wife didn't get one.

Thanks.

I am wondering why no bothered to respond? Could it be because,

1. User name is neutral
2. Experts feel these are slamdunk questions
3. Amatuers don't know the answers

Sign it the same way you signed on your picture.

The naturalization certificate itself serves as a name change document. Only in some jurisdictions do they hand out a separate name change document.
