Does anyone know when the district courts in NY does the oath ceremonies?
Q.1 I requested a name change and I know that it has to be done in court by a judge, I know this may cause a delay, as opposed to have done the same day or week by a USCIS center, but I want to know how often do these courts conduct oath ceremonies?
Q.2 Can i decline a name change at the interview if the oath ceremony is too far away
