Oath date in New York City

My interview has been scheduled on March 25th in the Federal Plaza DO, NYC.
1. Is there any way to find out if they are giving oath on the same day?
2. Typically, how frequently is the oath ceremony held (one a month, once a week, etc)
3. How long does it take from interview to oath?
