Hi,
Has anybody or you know anybody received oath letter (on its own) by mail after clearing the interview and being told that background check is pending.
If FBI says it completes almost 99% of its name/background checks there have to be some people who have received their oath letters without waiting for 2 yrs or going for civil lawsuit against USCIS.

Interview 4/18/06 (interview cleared but background check pending)
1st Infopass 5/3/06 (same status but was told that USCIS initiated it
in Feb 06)
