How long does it take to get oath ceremony letter. I got recommended for approval on August 28,2019. It's been 3 months now and no letter.
Can someone tell me how long it takes?

What field office? That sounds long.
What is your latest case status update?

Atlanta Field Office.
Case status online say Reccomended for approval on August, 28, 2019.. I call USCIS 800 number they said case on suspense until ceremony date. Than them email me and said 120 days

So you have spoken to uscis, I guess all you can do is go by their time guide in the meanwhile. I have seen complaints about very long wait times in Atlanta on other forums, a few months has been mentioned before. Apparently if you are doing a judicial oath ceremony it can add to delays, not sure if this would be applicable in your case,

No I’m not doing judicial oath ceremony. Atlanta office is totally slow. I apply for citizenship December 6, 2016. Had my interview April 12,2019. And got approve August 28th,2019. December 6,2019 makes it 3 years waiting. The only thing it says on the USCIS website is that they have 120 days to approve or denied you. It shouldn’t take 120 days just to get the date and time of your ceremony date.

That’s way beyond the usual kind of timeline. Even for Atlanta, processing of n400 shouldn’t be longer than around a year and a half. I have heard of others taking a few months after interview for approval though. Was there any kind of complication in your case?
