It varies not everyone is the same even if they go to the same DO.
some cases reported here that they don't get their oath letter and try to contact USCIS and see what is delaying it. but on the other hand there are some people who get the letter within a couple of weeks of the ID.
best thing is for someone to start a tracker thread for the San Bernardino DO & from there we can see what is the average time it takes get their OL lately. :s
