Oath ceremony in Toledo,Ohio????

the ceremony was yesterday is Toledo 12/12/2008..unfortunately didnt receive any OL ..((38 take oath and become Americans at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library))....is there anyway to know if i was missed or there is time line for OL ..
i was interviewed on Nov 5 six weeks be4 this ceremony...plz help
