Oath ceremony-form n 445

i live in new York city i did pass my interview for the us citizen with success on the 15th of july 2010.i was scheduled for the ceremony of oath the 27th of august 2010,in the 29 of july i ve been cited for three ticket by a nypd traffic agent(basically this department is specialist in parking ticket) :
1:nyc redlight
2:fld comply with order
3:fld present doc
at THE day of my oath ceremony i mentioned that because they asking in the for n-445
and then the oi gave a motion to reopen even i told him that my ticket are pending and i have a hearing in January 2011.
my question is :is my citizenship gonna be affected and what i suppose to do ??

So you were refused oath and IO gave you a motion to reopen form I-290B, or did you complete oath ceremony?
