I finally got the oath letter on 6/20 after 3 years of waiting and multiple letters to senitors, congressman, and laura..

anyways my oath ceremony is coming up soon, but i am concerned about 3 speeding tickets that i got during the application process, two of them were before the interview and i dont remember if i told them about it or not. and hte last one is after the interview... now all the speeding tickets were dismissed from the court by way having a lawyer or the officer not showing up... what do i do?

i dont have a copy of the tickets, should i just go to the court house and pull up my record?

After the interview, the USCIS is only concerned with what happened between the interview and oath. Unfortunately, they specifically ask if you've had any traffic tickets after the interview. Just bring the court record of your last ticket and you'll be fine.

Hi Vorpal,

Would you please clarify one doubt that I have. After IL, as I understand that there is no more paperwork or letter required during oath. During Oath do they again ask for document or interview you?

Thanks.
