OATH at LA Convention Center - Disabled

I have a really odd question. My wife recently had a Kidney Transplant :) and she is doing well; however, due to the organ transplant she has to drink lots of water; therefore, has to use the bathroom on a regular basis.

Her oath date is August 28, 2008 and her time is 12PM and it is at the Los Angeles Convention Center. I know that she will need to wait for several hours. Unfortunately, she has to use the restroom about every 2 hours. She physically cannot go several hours without drinking or using the restroom.

What do I need to do to make sure that she is allowed to drink water and use the restroom without affecting her oath?

Don't know about Lax but at the SJ oath, there was a small table set up in the lobby where handicapped people could get the nat certf and oath without having to sit through the whole ceremony. We saw a lady in a wheelchair and her able bodied companion get their certfs and leave after taking oath while we waited in line to enter the hall.

They will most likely allow a water bottle in with her. Going to the restroom may mean she will have to get a seat near the exit door. Adult diapers may be a temporary option to be considered just this one time. Hope everything works out well .
