O3 to TN ?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it is possible to change status from O3 to TN as Canadian?
My concern is because 03 is considered as dual-intent (you can apply for GC) and TN is not (you can't apply for GC). I've read that they might deny you entrance on TN if they think that you have immigration intent.

So what? The mere fact of being in a status that allows immigrant intent does not mean that you have immigrant intent.
