I filed for NIW&EB1 at NSC on nov 2002.Filed for labor in june. I just checked my case& saw that EB1 -they have asked some more information. God knows what!. I am on my 6th year of H1. Last year when I renewed my H1 they gave I-94 for 3more years with work permit for 1 year. my job renews every year> Should I extend my H1 for 7th year on the basis of my labor filing or if I cahnage into O1 visa , will it help my case? your output is greatly appreciated. My qualifications-MRCP, specalised & practicing a new interventional program in an academic place.
