O-1 to GC filing at other office?

I am an O-1 (painter) holder applying for I-140 and I-485.

My I-140 was returned for RFE (for pretty much all criteria) and my lawyer suggested to withdraw my case for now and reapply to other "easier" office.

I had a second opinion said that its not such a good idea.

Is there anyone who had the same problem??

Any suggestion?

you can't apply to any other office. all I-140s must go to Nebraska. Some petitions do get rerouted from Nebraska to Texas but you have no control over that. it is the discretion of Nebraska.
