I'm actually working for an US company in India.
That company wants to bring me back to the US but I have 2 choices of Visa available:
the L-1: the company is eligible and I worked for it for more than a year.
the O-1: I directed a short film nominated for an Academy Award last year, therefore I'm eligible.
So my question is:
what kind of visa do you think will be better to obtain? especially regarding the salary, the benefits, the duration etc...
