Good laborpain - Congrats. Although my case is in CT SESA - I have been following a couple of other SESA progress too. Seems all of them are thru except CT SESA.
Anyway it is nice to know that you finally got thru. Congrats again man - now apply 140 and 485 together.

The attorney's sent me email when it was approved. I work for a big five and the attorney's taken their merry time preparing the application, they beat around the bush 3 months making the application and when they sent it in came the 245i flooding.
But seems like things are moving. I notice the the Automated Email reply system does not work, and for my company it seems to be stuck at the same point for the last year. so thats unreliable.
this has been an extreemly long wait but finally the labor-pain is gone hopefully not to return to this group again.
My application did not require any priority date. So i am filling out both the 140 and 485 paperwork.

Timeline
As of Mid June, NY DOL was approving 04/26/01 cases. As of Mid-July, they were approving 4/27 & 4/30 cases. As of Mid-Aug they are processing 04/30 cases. This is based on cases approved at my attorney's office and from noticing cases approval posted on this board.
Does this mean that by Mid-Sept. we should be out of the 245(i) funk and move to May cases? Now, that is a million dollar question. A conservative answer would be - that given we have no idea how many cases were mailed on 04/30 we have no idea. My hunch is NY SWA may be winding down with 04/30 RIR cases, for whatever that is worth.
