NYC or Newark Whis DO is faster?

I live in NYC but I am considering to move NJ so I can file my AOS in NJ. Because I heard that Newark DO prosess much faster than NYC? Do you guys think it is a good idea or there is not much speed differen btwn NYC an NJ. Thanks
 
I heard the NYC DO used to process GC very slowly but it looks like it is much faster now. My DO is NYC and my GC process took about 7 months. Not sure about the Neward DO though.
