I am very happy to see that they are now processing cases with receipts notice of 02/14/2002,ours is 02/15/2002,I hope they dont take to long to get there!

Why District Office processing times for NYC was showing that they were processing cases with receipt date of May/09/2002 last week and on 02/13/04 it changed to Feb/14/2002?It looks funny.Doesn't it?
