I had my interview on Feb 25, 2009. I was recommended for approval, and my IO told me that I should expect to receive my oath letter in the mail within 4-6 weeks. It has now been 8, and still no oath letter. I have called USCIS several times, but no one can give me any information--I was told by several officers on the phone to wait until it had been 90 days, and then a service request could be made.
I just got off the phone with an officer and she told me I should make an Infopass appointment to find out the status of my case--I have tried to do that, but got a notice that the NYC District Office (Federal Plaza, where I took my oath) has no available appointments for 'Information' at this time--I put in that I wanted an appointment to get information about my case. Has anyone else had this before? What should I do? Please advise!
Thanks!
