Dear All,
need your input.
I got my GC in Jun 2006 - marriage based. Was employed (non-USA company) in my home country Jun - Oct 2006. I believe that was reflected on my 2006 tax return. Stayed in USA Jun-Aug 2006, went back to home country Aug-Oct 2006. Came back to USA Nov 2006.
For that period of time I only have credit card statements and a spouse that was left behind in USA.
In 2009 applied for marriage based citizenship - got denied due to lack of evidence (separate tax returns filed, no kids at that time, found some archaic address my spouse lived years back that my name was not associated with - crazy).
I want to apply in 2011. Technically I could apply in March 2011. However, my concern is they will deny due to insufficient time in USA as PR if they start counting my time as PR from Nov 2006.
I would really like to apply now, because of circumstances I might have to move to a different DO or might be leaving USA for some period of time. On the other hand, USCIS already wasted my 680$, would want to loose it again.
Thanks a lot!
