NYC computer job 70K for EB2

1. This salary would be lower than prevailing wage, what should I do to meet the requirement and therefore qualify for EB2 category?

2. My RIR EB2 was filed in March 05. Now PERM EB2 may be in retrogression. Is it wise to give up the RIR and move to a new job to file a new PERM EB2? Any suggestions?

If PD is just March 2005, you can wisely move to PERM
