I am in the AOS may filers forum, but it would be nice to track the progress for those that filed from NYC.

I filed the I-130 for my spouse as a permanent resident, which got approved. I recently turn a USC.

Location: Long Island, NY (close to NYC :))

Time line
05/23/09: Mailed I-485, I-765 (Lockbox)
05/25/09: Package received
06/02/09: Receipt Notice (dated 05/29/2009)
06/08/09: Biometrics Notice (dated 06/04/2009)
06/19/09: Biometrics App.
07/07/09: EAD Card Ordered
07/17/09: EAD received
08/24/09: Interview Letter
09/23/09: Interview Date
09/23/09: Card production ordered

fp. was don yesterday went pretty smooth, i was there for about a hr 765,485 bio done.
