NY/NJ 2001-2002 cases not certified

45 Day Letter: Received and Replied in Sept 2005
Current Status as per Website: In Process
 
My Case Is Still In Process

NY EB2 RIR Dec 01
45 Day Letter: Received and Replied in Dec 2005.
Current Status as per Website: In Process
 
NJ EB3 RIR May 14 2002
45 Day Letter: Never Received but got "P" number as part of proof for 7th year extension.
Current Status as per Website: Data Review.
 
Current status - IN progress.

But found an old labor with my employer and applied I140 and 485 last month

Applying for 6th year extension soon!

Sent Letter to (4 weeks a go) : New York Senator/ Secretary of Labor - It has not helped. Infact have not got any reply as of today!

Tried 7th Year screen shot: All the fileds are entered ** except **

Prevailing wage field is blank-- Anybody has idea what this means?
Case Source: State-- Anybody has idea what this means?

Atleast from my company I know atleast 10-20 people are waiting for labor approval applied from NY/NJ in early 2001 and 2002! The firm is a reputed globally known!!

My employer called 202 # last month, was advised case was in 'Final Review' it should probably take 3 months!!!

The wait continues............ :rolleyes:

still waiting. Wrote to Elaine L. Chao, Secretary of Labor.
Got reply from Forign Labor certification office stating the backlog
will be eliminated by 9/30/2007...

Got Reply from nobeccontact@PHI.DFLC.US

I never received a 45 days letter but i had "P" number , I've send a mail to "nobeccontact@PHI.DFLC.US" couple of months back.
I got reply from nobeccontact@PHI.DFLC.US saying that i am not eligible to receive the response because my case is active and asked to check the status online.

Good news is , If you have "P" number and didnot receive 45 days letter then you are fine....Just keep waiting...Keep your hopes..
