Ny Lc Rir Info

Hi

wanted to know if the DOL is giving RD for new LC applications. MY LC application (EB2, RIR) was posted from my attorney's office on May 28, 2002. My attorney has not given me any receipt details.

Any info , experience to share with us about NY LC app?

Working in New York, Manhattan
Did Masters in Info Science Strategy in US (1yr course)
Joined work with Practical Training on 7 Jul 2001
Work: Financial Markets Research - looking at Asian Markets (same prev. experience in Asia)
Applied for H1 in end Nov. Received H1 in end Jan
Paper AD given in NY Times, Fri-Sun.
No relevant application received from US citizens/Permanent Residents

Waiting
The automated DOL number says that they are processing Apr 2001 files and may take the rest of 2002 doing the same!
What is happening? What to do? Please share experiences
