I open new thread to monitor the status of DOL from NY. It may be useful for Both NY and NJ people , whose case moved from SESA to DOL. please cooperate. I stated with my friend and mine

can you tell us when was your application filed? Is it RIR in EB2 or EB3? And what's your DOT code and skill set?

Is there any other system to retrieve case info for a particular employer besides the phone retrieval system? Such as an email system. And how long does it take to get a reply?

You can send a auto reply email to DOL "LCSTATUS02@doleta.gov" and in the Body message give your employer phone number in the format Employer Phonexxx(xxx)-xxxx. You will get reply within 1 hour .

i observed the e-mail thing(to nydol) is not working for last two days. last week it worked. did any one experience this problem?
