My I140 approved and transfered to NVC, NVC notified the file was received on Jan 8, 2003. My colleagues files submitted together and after they have received notification from the local US consulate in Riyadh for interview. Where can I check the status or find out any problem why holding my file still at NVC.
Do NVC send documents to India for further reviewing with the required authorities.
Please somebody advise in this concern.
