NVC Phone message on P3 review

We have send the P3 on Aug 1st. Today I got this message:
'Your case was completed on August 15th. Please allow us 8 weeks for further instructions'
What does this mean? The review is completed and passed?

Please help me CP gurus.

means you case has been completed at NVC and within a week it will be forwarded to the consulate for final processing and an interview
good luck and start getting your documnets together
 
Check nvc avm in another 2 weeks and the message will change to "nvc has completed your case and has sent it to consulate/ embassy in <consulate name>". Allow 10 days for p3 to enter in the consulate. More than likely November interview.

Like ddagsyn mentioned earlier start collecting all necessary documents.

So how do I check whether consulate entered my information into their database?

The consulate does not send out any communication immediately
after it receives the case. In about a week's time if you send them
an email or call they may confirm having received your case.

My case was completed on 8/22/03 at NVC. When do you guys think that my interview in Chennai might fall on?
