NVC not yet received the case CSC sucks,

I see on CPtracker, NVC has received cases from TSC, NSC, and VSC but not from CSC after 12/28/01.

On my approval notice it is written that \'allow 90 days before contacting NVC\' is this normal and your approval notice also says so. Even for the cases that have been received by NVC already.

My attorney asks me to wait for couple of months more. IT has been more than 6 weeks already.

Any idea/suggestion what can be done?
