NVC did not generate a fee bill for my wife

NVC is unaware of my wife needing a Green Card along with me. I am unsure of how this has occurred. Has this happened to anyone else and what is the way this can be corrected ? please HELP

Hi mjj,

I think your lawyer is supposed include the dependents while filing 140 with cp option. Check with him to see what can be done now.

I think it is fairly simple. The attorney just needs to send a copy of the BC of your wife and they will generate another fee bill for both of you.

Just send a copy of the BC as alren suggests. Also send a copy of the marriage certificate and if the name has changed in the passport (with reference to the BC) send the copy of the pages in the passport showing the spouse's name
