I have applied for AC-140 at consulate overseas 1 month back using I-824 receipt.The consulate has not created case No. Meanwhile I 824 was approved and NVC has created case NO. Anyone with similar situation? What happens if consulate also creates a case No.? CP Gurus any ideas?
