Just Seen a Posting on Shusterman it seems for PTs or Nurses you need to put a posting as below :

and should submit this with your I140 Application or you can recieve a RFE or NOID has anyone been in this situation. I have a feeling my Lawyer has not submitted any such documents with the I140.
Please advise who has been in this situation or knows anything about this.
