Hello everyone,

I have a cousin who is a nurse in U.K She wants to migrate here in the U.S but I dont know how to help her. I dont know where to start. Will she still going to take the CGFNS, TOEFL and TSE? and how long is the processing for the papers?Do hospital do direct hiring?

She has to pass the Certification Program of CGFNS (www.cgfns.org), TOEFL & TSE or IELTS then find a sponsor for her I-140..
Hope this help....
Since She's in UK, she can take NCLEX under New York Board.
