Number to call VSC directly

Is there a 802 number where we can bypass NCSC and call VSC directly to speak with an IIO. I know one of my friend did that and got genuine help, but that was about 6 months back. Can anybody throw some light

Now I recollect VSC number should be on the I-485 receipt notice. I donot have that at work right now, but if anybody can get that and call may be it will throw some light. P.S hope that number still works.
 
I don't think we can contact vermont office directly. All those numbers are changed. Last month I tried a lot to contact them. No use.
 
gc_kahan_hai and manumahi you guys are right, the 802 number doesnot work anymore. If you call it says number changed blah blah blah and call the 1800-375-5283 which is the NCSC number. We are really stuck. Looks like nobody is here to help us. Did anybody tried going to local BCIS office and asking why we didn't got the 2nd FP notice after 15 months. There got to a way out. The silence is killing us.
