Some Travel agent informed me , you can not stay more then 28 days out of the country on H1 B visa. I'm planning to go to my home country for 5 weeks. Could that be problem?
I don't think there is a time limit to stay outside US if you are on a H1-B visa. I was out of country for 4-5 weeks on vacation and I had no problems at the port of entry.
