Looks like pre-adjudication was just BS.If cases were pre-adjudicated it should have rained approvals by now. There was some talk about NSC just running a program to look at all preadjudicated cases and approving at one go.All pipe dreams.....:(

Yes i agree there seems to be no pre-adjudication. I don't understand why NSC is not approving any cases? There are so many cases which became current since June 01' 2007. Look at the way TSC is approving the cases......approvals are pouring down in TSC.

NSC is disappointing

To me it looks like TSC was preadjudicating since they started approvals on the first day of June. Nebraska officers seem to review all the cases again from the beginning.
This is so crazy, I wish we could complain about it.

Yesterday I called NSC and spoke to a lady. She told my case is with a officer for review. So when I asked again how long it will take? She told it will take quite a few weeks.

No hope now.

NSC just running a program to look at preadjudicated cases? U mean BATCH program?

Wondering...NSC just running a BATCH program to look at preadjudicated cases..because around August 19, 2006, it seems that NSC ran a BATCH program and some of I-485 cases observed changes in "Date" LUD (and no changes in messages)...

Does it mean that the cases which have LUD change on Aug 19, 2006 are candidate for this "New" BATCH program for approval?

Any guess?

OR just to say NSC is SLOW/in efficiant as compared to other center?

Don't get frustrated, but it happens to be they are not processing based on the PD now.
God only knows... april case is pending, june is pending and mine sep 2002. let wait.. what else to do...

all the best for all of us............

by now it should be clear you just can't predict anything out from these guys, for what you know they could just sit on it until TSC gallops all visa numbers or they could just release one batch of approvals

you never know

Approved - Pd Dec 20, 2001 - Nsc

Hi Guys,
I think mine got approved but status says "

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On June 5, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I checked with my attorney. He surely said it is an approval.

Finally I made I guess.

Thanks
KK

Now I seriously wonder, if there was such a thing like Pre-adjudication ??

Guys,

Any updates on EB2 India cases with current PDs ? I don't see any EB2 approvals at all, not even in TSC. Any idea ??

Anyone know of any friend who got approval after June 1st ?

Any idea why the heck NSC farmers are sleeping when approvals are pouring in from TSC ? What if most of the remaining visa numbers are used up by other service centers ?

Is there any limit among service centers to approve cases.... In other words is there something like all the SC get a equal fair share to approve ?

Wish USCIS will be forthcoming in their July bulletin to give an idea of how many visa numbers they have used up and how many left in this years quota ?

Guys any input for the above is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
JMJ
