Nsc...

I remember back in July and August, every day I would see multiple people posting that their GC is approved, and also from rupnet, we could see that NSC was processing cases at a decent pace.

Come September, the approvals slowed down, and I thought that it was because it was the end of FY 2004 and they need to do their reports and paperwork and as such, and that starting of the FY 2005, they will pick up again.

Now it is mid October, and still NSC is no where close to the approval trend of July/August.

I don't even know what to write anymore, finally I think that USCIS is getting to me and is starting to make me depressed. USCIS never bothered me, but lately I can't hlep wonder why do I have to go through all this while they are not only approving cases filled in late 03 and early 04 and other service centers way ahead of NSC. I am Dec 02 which is still not as bad as folks here with ND before Dec.

I have no point in this message, just wanted to write something and vent it out. I still couldn't figure out what to put in the title of this post...

I hear you. It is plain unfortunate that we have to go thru this. I was atleast not so concerned until last week as I thought it is just a question of when and not if, I would see light at end of the tunnel. But all that confidence and hope was shaken when I heard about chances of approved 140 being revoked 2 or 3 years later.

Now, I am simply keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. I know of friends that have gotten through this whole process in 2 years and here I am waiting nearly 19 months now just for 485 approval. I know there are folks out there that have been waiting for far longer than me, but that still does not take away my agony and frustration. In 5 days I will complete 6 years in this country on H1. I am pretty sure things are going to change and a co-worker that started this process year and half later than I did, is going to get his GC around the same I do (if I do, ha ha)!. This is what I call is bad karma.
