NSC- What is the time frame for 485 to get approved after I-140 approval?

Hello,

My I-140 was approved on may18th'05, and in the receipt notice the prority date is FEB'01. Now how long will it take to get 485 approved?

I-140 - ND/july'04
I-140 -AD May'05
PD - FEB'01
EB-3

If you have given FingerPrints recently, it should be around the corner now. You can expect within a month !! :D
 
NSC Timeframe for 485 approval

I applied both I-140/485 as concurrent filing, and I got my I-140 approval on may 18th'05.

ND- I-140/485 JULY'04
AD I-140 - MAY'05
PD- FEB'01, EB-3
No fingerprint yet.

With NSC, I think the Time is outside the Frame, it is limitless.

To keep up with your optimism, your 485 approval should come in before the clock changes time again (DST).

For now, enjoy your 140 approval and the long weekend.

NSC - Case transferred to Local office

Hi Guys,

Today I received an email from USCIS, that my file has been transferred to Detroit local office. I don't know what other details they need from now. I still haven't given my finger printing yet. My details are as follows;

ND - I- 140/485 JULY'04
AD I - 140- MAY'05
LUD 1 -485 - JUNE 10TH'05
