Just called NSC today and I was told they are processing I-140s received on March 7! My petition date is May 30. Any one has more information?

Is this only for EB-1 since we have saw approvals after March 7. My ND was April 9th and still waiting.

EB1 I-140 is different from others?

Do you mean EB1 I-140 and other I-140 are trated differently? I haven't seen any processing time from immigration website differentiate them.

NSC is processing Feb. 25 cases?

I just talked to an officer of NSC to check my EB-1 OR status. I couldn't get the status of my case because I am a beneficiary. However, the officer did tell me that they are processing Feb. 25 cases. How come we are seeing many approvals after this date, even some cases with RD 6/6/02.

I really don't know how long I have to wait. I still believe that it's taking longer for EB-1 I140 to get approval.

What a mess at NSC?

I am totally lost. Two weeks ago they told me they are processing cases dated March 7, and now you were told Feb 25 and you saw approvals June 6! Is 6/6 approval you know an EB1 case or EB2?

The approval was posted at NAC Approvals Tracker 9- Starting 10th July 02 under I-140 Issues. It was a EB2 RIR.

Guys please share this info:

What does your receipt notice say for number of days expected for processing ? Has it been already more than X or Y number of days (if receipt notice said it takes between X to Y number of days).

here is mine

One my receipt, it says 60-90 days. Since I check my status often on NVM, I found it changed to 60-120 days a month later and now it changed to 90-120 days. I've been waiting for about 70 days.

NSC are processing Feb. EB-1 OR cases

Hi, Guys:

Just take a look NSC processing time coming out today. They do treat I-140 different and they are so slow

Looks we still have to wait long long time.

My I-140 EB1-OR was received Mar. 13

My I-140 EB1-OR was received Mar. 13 at the NSC, and I am still waiting. I call the AVM just about every other day and they now say 130-160 days. At the end of this month it will be more than 165 days. I personally believe that the 130-160 days means I-140s in general, but I also believe that EB1s take longer.

I'll post when I get a response.

Keeping my fingers crossed...
