NSC SEP 2000-RD Cases still NOT approved: Please update...

not yet... haven\'t check the avm yet....

I guess it will take sometime for those lazy people to print the RFE...
 
RFE sent no change in AVM

Not in my case RFE has been sent however no update in AVM for me, dont know why?
 
NSC doing background checks

RD 08/30
ND 09/20

called my lawyer about why NSC was taking more time.
He said that NSC is doing background check for everycase now.
That is causing delays.
 
back ground checks???????

Hello RG101, even my attorney told the same that NSC is checking background checks after 9/11 attacks, so this is not applicable to other centers like TSC,VSC,CSC???????? I asked my lawyer he has no answer to this, could U pl check with YOur attornery please??????
