NSC Report out and now processing 06/01/04

It is even meaningless to EB2s. AFAIK, all my EB2 friends who were stuck are still stuck. Unless we see a bunch of recent approvals, hardly can I believe NSC is making any real progress.

I may be totally wrong and I wish I am wrong.

One aspect of NSC dates diturbs me. I am happy to see that NSC I-485 processing dates have moved to 06/2004. I am eagerly awaiting my I-485 approval, pending since March 04.

But how come NSC started working so efficiently which took 13 months for my I-140 approval. The reason might be since NSC does not have to handle EB3 retrogression I-485, all their efforts are on EB2/1 I-485 and that is why the processing dates are changing with leaps and bounds in every month. The bottom line is since NSC's workload has decresed because of retrogression they are working on EB2/1 and hence jump processing dates.

Any thoughts!!!
 
EB2 485s waiting for approval

There are several people in EB2 category with 485s filed prior to June 04 and still waiting for approval. I don't really understand how the date moved to June 04 from Feb 04 within 15 days.

Actually there are VISa number avaliable for Eb1-OR cases but recently the approval rates have gone down for no reason at NSC.
It is difficult to beleive that NSC is working on JUNE 2004 cases where we have peope waiting for years before even for Eb1-OR category........

I guess dates are meaningless!!!
 
Even with no retrogression, EB2 is not being approved.
EB3 guys , you are not alone.

Very few EB2s are being approved nowadays. Doesnt make any difference whether EB2 is retrogressed or not.
