NSC received EAD renewal 15 July, 2004. No receipt yet

HI,

NSC received EAD renewal application on 15 July, 2004.
My lawyer has not received a receipt yet.
In past i got EAd receipt in less than 2 weeks. Is it normal.
Can somebody please share their experience if their EAD receipt
has taken more than 20 days after NSC received them.

i called CIS. The lady said call after 1 month NSC has received the
application. Anyone else gone through same experience, please share.
