NSC Receipt date

Greetings,

Does anybody know on what the turnaround time for NSC issues the RD/ND from the time they received the 485 application?

I misread the message from Gordy - clarification

NSC currently quote 360 to 390 days from RD/ND. Previously it was quoting 330 to 360 days and a year ago it quoted 560 to 590 days. They go up and down. Some people get AP within a year and some wait much longer. There is no logic in their processing.
 
Travel

I have H1B visa. next week My attorney applying my I 485 process
Can I travel India before I get 485 receipt(LIN number).
