Hi:

I submitted my 485/EAD with approved I-140 at NSC yesterday. In order to find out how long will the waiting be, Which one should i look at

1. National Processing Times 485/EAD/AP

OR
2. NSC Processing Times.

what is the relation between the above 2 and how will it have an effect on my application.

Please let me know

Just don't think about it

chinnipappu,

The most accurate/reliable site to know what's going on is:

www.rupnet.com/immigration/

If you just submitted your I-485 application yesterday, I would not bother to check any status until at least January/2004.

You will get a fingerprint notice soon, but don't be fooled. My FP was completed 1 year ago and I'm still waiting.

No movement in processing I 485 as per the latest dates on www.shusterman.com (still 8/1/01)
So Chinnipappu you should look for a time frame sometime in late 2003/early 2004 unless something miraculously efficient happens with the dept of homeland security. I believe your application will be handled by the new contraption.
Hope that you receive FP notice later than earlier because fp's have 15 months life after which they have to be redone.
