NSC Processing dates for Asylee Adjustment of Status

Thanks folks for the answer! :D
So this really means that there is no backlog processing Asylees' adjustment of status applications? i.e if I applied today, chances are that I will get my Green Card in a ...let's say... a year or so ??

Looking at the web page, USCIS posted, if you apply before the end of March, you will get it by Sept. 30, 2006!!! I don't know if USCIS will truly go by the date they have posted, but you never know, so hurry up if you have not applied yet!!!

Good luck

I think February 2001 means that there are no applications with ND of 02, 2001 left to proccess.
Unfortunately, there are quite a few folks on this board alone whose I-485 filed long before February, 2001 are still not adjudicated. So, your assumption was not very accurate.

So is USCIS. They are very innacurate. I was just thinking logically.

Logic is definitely not one of the strengths of the USCIS. This official timeline on their website is a bunch of BS and has nothing to do with the reality.
