Count me in.
Response from Congressman says my file is in queueto be adjudicated.
Send out a DHS 7001 form to CIS Ombudsman. Got a response that he send an enquiry to NSC and expect a response in 45 days. Also he noted the complains i made in form and try to address them. I mentioned that my case os old and according IO/Infopass all my checks are cleared and still my applications is not processed.

Another victim in pain

EB2/India/Sub
PD 05/2001
RD 10/2004
3 AP & EAD renewals.
Xferred from CSC during 02/07.
2nd FP completed during early 2007.
Last update from CSC indicated that the case is pending in name check.

no sign of approval in near future... waiting.. waiting with pain.. waiting with more pain... but still alive. So keep going USCIS..

many lucky people got in after me or along with me and completed earlier.. Kudos to FBI for not completing the namecheck even after 3 years.. highly efficient organization in the world..

Count me in

PD 10/2003
RD 11/2004
Opened SR on 08/07/2007,

Here is the Response,

The status of this service request is:

Your application is not considered to be outside normal processing
time. During the period of time when an application is in pending status
all applicants are subject to having 10 digit fingerprints taken at
fifteen month intervals. Service records indicate the fingerprints
currently on file for you have either expired or may expire prior to the
assignment of your application to an Officer. Due to the current volume of
pending cases at the Nebraska Service Center we are unable to predict
when your application will be assigned to an Officer, however, your
application is in the processing queue and it is possible that you may
receive an appointment notice to have your fingerprints taken before you
are notified that a decision has been made on your application.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer
Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYBODY GOT THIS KIND OF RESPONSE. I Think my FINGER PRINTS Got EXPIRED longtime BACK..

ANY IDEA HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE FOR THEM TO SENT THE FINGER PRINTS AGAIN....!!!

Thanks
