NSC Plastic card tracker 2004

I got my stamping on Dec 4, 2003 NSC-in milwaukee ASC. Awaiting plastic card.

I got my stamp in Memphis, TN on 01/20/2004.
Guess I have a long way to go till I get the physical card.

Got my Passport stamped in Milwaukee,WI on Jan 12th. Still waiting for the card

Can someone answer a question for me ?
I've read somewhere (murthy I think) that it is preferable not to relocate to another address while waiting for the plastic card.

I called the Customer Service line and was told that if I change address, call and get a representative to update the address in the system and also file the AR-11 form.

Has anyone had this experience of moving after stamping and before receiving the GC plastic card?

I was told by the IIO who stamped my passport that My card will be sent between 10 to 12 months from now. The USCIS.org website has not updated my LIN info since May, 2002.
